Yes. At Summit we welcome up to 2 pets. Cats and dogs must be 35 lbs or less. There is a $660 non-refundable fee and monthly charge of $33.00.

Yes, we have an Olympic sized swimming pool in a beautiful setting, as well as a Hydroworx ® Therapy pool.

Yes—we have 10 Town Homes that include 2 bedrooms, fireplace, patio and garage. There are both one and two level homes.

No—currently Summit Place is a private pay community.

Yes—we have a large climate-controlled parking area available for an additional monthly fee.

Yes. Limited storage is available onsite for an additional monthly fee.

We are happy to include Cable TV, Internet, Phone/Long distance, water, trash heat and central air.

*Residents in independent living are responsible for their electric usage.
*Residents in Town Homes are responsible for Gas and Electric.
